New Duplex Project in Kit Carson

To address the lack of affordable housing in our community, KCRD has begun work on a duplex. We purchased a lot from the Town of Kit Carson, created architectural plans, secured a low interest loan, and Big Sandy Builders began construction in August 2024.  Much progress has already occurred!
