New Duplex Project in Kit Carson

To address the lack of affordable housing in our community, KCRD is building a duplex. We purchased a lot from the Town of Kit Carson, created architectural plans, secured a low interest loan, and Big Sandy Builders will be wrapping up construction in April 2025.
